Strange times in foreign climes - much of the Bolivian Altiplano looks like the set from a cheesy 70s sci fi film. Undoubtedly this is do with its height - between 3000 and 5000 metres. But it doesn't just look weird - the altitude makes you do freaky stuff, too.
